Shipping Time

• Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped it takes app. 2-10 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within a week.
• Rush shipments are shipped out same business day via USPS Priority Mail and take approximately 2-3 business days to receive, but may take longer due to carrier delay.
• Items that are personalized and/or embroidered please allow 2-3 additional days to ship out. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-10 business days in shipping time.

All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and/or Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. 

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.

All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Sparkle In Pink. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Sparkle In Pink delivers these items to the carrier. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS

Local Pickup

If you don't want to pay for shipping, and are located in Utah, you're in luck!  Sparkle In Pink offers free local pickup!  Just choose the "Local Pickup" option when checking out.

We are located at 313 W 12800 S, Suite 310, Draper, UT 84020.

Our pickup hours are as follows:

Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-3:00pm

Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm

Saturday-Sunday: Closed

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up.

All Local Pickup orders must be picked up within 90 days of receiving your pickup email, if not, items in your order will be restocked and you will not receive a refund.
