Sparkle Bucks can be redeemed on the checkout page. Look for the Sparkle Buck redemption widget at checkout and choose how many Sparkle Bucks you'd like to apply to your order.

Make sure you log in to your store account! The widget only shows if you are logged in. The widget is located under the "Show" dropdown on mobile devices.

Yes, they will expire after one year of inactivity. Your Sparkle Buck balance will be safe as long as you earn and/or redeem Sparkle Bucks at least once per year. No purchase necessary! Diamond Reward tiers will reset if you do not maintain the level of spend needed to maintain that tier per year.

• The codes you receive for entering each tier will be included in your package that was placed which unlocked the tier.
• Receiving the code in a package is required in order for you to use it on your next order.
• Pre-existing members who entered Platinum or Diamond tiers prior to this update (June 5th, 2025) will receive the code in their very next order placed. The code cannot be used until it is received in your package!
