The Sparkle In Pink mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Sparkle In Pink (“Sparkle In Pink”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Sparkle In Pink’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sparkle In Pink through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, information, and order tracking (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include specials, discounts, promotions, abandoned cart, product launches, coupons, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sparkle In Pink. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 47454 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sparkle In Pink mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

• IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.
• The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages.
• Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
• Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee.
• If you select to have the package reshipped you will need to pay the RTS(return to sender fee) and a shipping fee.
• If you select to have the order refunded that will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
• Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
• To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. Weare not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or is sent back for insufficient address.

• All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Sparkle In Pink. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Sparkle In Pink delivers these items to the carrier.

• Sparkle In Pink attempts to be accurate in describing its products. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. As the actual colors you see depend on your device's screen, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

• Diamond Rewards is our loyalty rewards program which allows you to earn Sparkle Bucks, and apply them as a discount on future orders.  Sparkle Bucks cannot be redeemed for cash.  Sparkle Bucks will expire if your account goes inactive for one year.  To remain active, you need to earn and/or spend Sparkle Bucks in someway, which will reset the one year timer.  For questions, please contact customer support!
• VIP Tiers that are obtained within our Diamond Rewards program also have a 1 year expiration date and to maintain your VIP tier status, you must maintain 50% of that tier's level of spend each year.
