I am a mom of 3 and my kids are my world. I love boating, traveling, and making memories as a family.
At The Office
I am the founder and co-owner of Sparkle In Pink alongside my mom Diane Larsen. My daughter Halli was my inspiration in starting SIP. I have worn many hats over the years, but my main focus is designing the clothing, working with our awesome manufactures, and overseeing our social media and marketing of the business.

I love to spent time with my family. Enjoying time out on Flaming Gorge lake boating, love going to the gym, pickleball and hiking.
At The Office
I am co-owner of Sparkle alongside with my daughter Quynn Larsen. I over see all warehouse operations, payroll and finances. We have such a great team here and feel very fortunate to work with family and friends.
Halli Owen
Inspiration Behind SIP
At Home
Halli does competitive cheer and especially loves to tumble! She loves to hang out with her friends, snowboard, wakeboard, and pretty much anything outdoors! She has always been a gamer with no fear and is always up for a fun adventure! To know Halli is to love Halli. ❤️
At The Office
Halli is the daughter/granddaughter of our founders and was the inspiration behind starting Sparkle In Pink! SIP was started when she was only one year old. She was the main model for many years and also helps host our FB lives.
Tiffany Larsen

At Home
Obsessed with sushi & Taylor Swift. Currently in my pilates & running era. Wannabe influencer: always sharing my outfits and food. My favorite time spent is with my family. You can find me running off to Vegas to play golf, eat more sushi, & enjoying the sunshine. Happily married the COO (Braden) at Sparkle In Pink. SIP provided me with a job and a husband.
At The Office
I joined SIP back in 2017, as their first photographer. Since then, I've grown with the company wearing numerous hats, from photography and marketing to makeup artistry, and more (the list goes on!). Currently overseeing all things products-related: from concept to launch. I love designing outfits for each girl's style and making them feel confident. I enjoy designing with my sissy-in-law Quynn, we always have a good time!
Braden Larsen

I play golf in the warm, and snowboard in the cold. I love to learn new things and find new ways to improve. I'm a foodie who will never turn down a good meal. I met my wife, Tiffany, through working at SIP, which added yet another "Larsen" to the Sparkle team. We take "family-owned and operated" very seriously around here. 😉
At The Office
Been at SIP since 2016. I oversee every aspect of the company and manage many of our team members, with my main focus being marketing, strategy, and analytics. I love to create fun videos to show off our amazing styles through our advertising. I am always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and to tell our story in an effort to make Sparkle In Pink the best and most unforgettable place to shop.

Sun's up, and so am I—kicking off the day with a sweat session that’s more wake-up call than my unhealthy energy drink obsession. Or maybe I need the extra energy as a busy, boy-mom of three! My favorite way to unwind after a long day is by spending quality time with my family. Whether we're dancing in the kitchen or tackling a home design project, our house is always full of energy and creativity. Musical theater is a passion of mine, and I love infusing that theatrical flair into our home life, making every little and big moment with my family feel like a special production.

Deeply thankful to be a part of the Sparkle in Pink team and to work everyday with such caring, inspiring people! At Sparkle in Pink, I blend the art of creativity with the science of data. My unique hybrid of sales experience and technical marketing know-how empowers me to push the envelope on every project. Whether I'm diving into analytics or brainstorming the next big campaign, I thrive on combining the best of both worlds to drive innovation and results. I've been fortunate to be a part of the SIP Team for almost 5 years now and I'm truly blessed to work with such caring people! I'm responsible for everything from receiving and organizing products in our warehouse, to making sure these same products get delivered in a cost effective and timely manner to our customers. I'm very forward thinking, love spreadsheets, math, and coming up with solutions to any challenges that our team is faced with!

I enjoy being outside (when it's warm). I love playing golf, pickleball, fishing, boating & going on hikes. My wife and I always love to try new things & spend time together, especially with our little puppy dog 🐶
At The Office
I oversee & manage all of our inventory. Making sure we've always got the cutest styles in stock is my top priority! I also oversee our email & SMS platforms, helping to plan & schedule campaigns. I am always looking for ways to improve, and to make SIP the best it can possibly be.

After work you’ll find me tinkering with my classic cars or paragliding through the skies. My weekends are usually adrenaline packed—skiing over 92 mph and throwing double backflips, free soloing massive exposed cliffs, summiting glacial high elevation mountain peaks, mountain biking through rugged trails, and rappelling hundreds of feet into remote caves and mine shafts in search of lost treasure.

I get to share the awesome story of Sparkle In Pink through fun videos and social media ads, all while cooking up creative content strategies!

I have been working for SIP for almost 4 years now and it's been the best! Some tasks I do is process returns, return to sender packages, and make sure to keep the customers smiling and happy over the phone and locally!

I have been here at Sparkle In Pink for 3 years. A few things I do are process returns, help customers on the phone and help our local customers. My goal is to provide excellent customer service to our customers and bring some sparkle to their day!

I am the numbers and tax person as SIP. I oversee the finances on a day-to-day basis. I also make sure the company is in compliance with tax filing obligations.
Our Story
How it started
Quynn Larsen founded Sparkle In Pink in 2011. At 19 years old, Quynn had her first baby girl, Halli, who was the inspiration in starting SIP. Quynn shopped all over for the cutest clothing and accessories to dress her daughter, but everything was overpriced and never found what she was looking for. Being a young college student money was tight, so she started making her own accessories and clothes to dress her daughter. She was often asked where she got these cute clothes from, so she decided to open her own store and find a manufacturer that could produce her designs, allowing her to sell them at affordable prices.
How It Grew
Quynn started seeing early success, and brought on her mother, Diane, to help her in running the business. Diane was able to build a world class fulfillment team, which provided customers with an amazing shopping experience. Word quickly spread of Sparkle In Pink, moms everywhere were obsessing over the clothes they were finding at such great prices, and the rest is history! Sparkle In Pink is now the top rated, and largest online children's boutique in the USA!
