  • Credit Card If you use a Credit Card for your purchase from Sparkle In Pink your item will ship in the order it was received and without any payment processing delay. All credit card transactions are final and can only be reversed once Sparkle In Pink has issued a return reference number (RRN) in accordance with the Sparkle In Pink Return Policy.
  • PayPal You do not need a PayPal account to checkout with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while your checking out.
  • Payment Installments Checking out with Shop Pay Installments, Sezzle or Afterpay will break your order into 4 separate payments, but your order will ship immediately as any other order.  This allows you to pay for your order over time, but still enjoy the clothes now!
  • We pride ourselves in always putting the customers first.  Our customer service team is readily available to help answer any questions or solve any issues you may have!

  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Sparkle In Pink with a tracking number.  You can use that number to track your package through during its journey to your home. 
  • We are unable to cancel or modify an order for any reason once it leaves our warehouse
  • We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products. Our products may contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All Sparkle In Pink products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Sparkle In Pink accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.
  • Orders are all fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Bluffdale, Utah.
  • Standard Shipping: please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be delivered after it leaves our warehouse.
  • Rush Shipping: please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be delivered
  • Overnight: orders will arrive next business day, sometimes 2 business days depending on what time the order was placed.
  • Local Pickup is offered to Utah residents only, our warehouse is located at 930 W 14600 S, Bluffdale, UT 84065

  • We offer international shipping, but it can be fairly costly due to many added expenses when shipping across borders.  We are hoping to find a better way to navigate international shipping in the future!
  • We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday.
  • Please note that we are closed on weekends and do not process or ship orders Saturdays or Sundays. 
  • Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
  • Ordering using Rush Shipping or Overnight shipping options puts you to the front of the line.
  • Orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.  Holidays or large sales such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday may be exceptions to this fulfillment time.
  • Sparkle In Pink ships thousands of orders daily, and we make it our goal to get you your cute orders as soon as possible.

  • All items purchased "On Clearance" are not eligible for returns and are considered Final Sales.
