    Runs small

    Super cute! But the bottoms run extremely small. I purchased my daughters normal size and she couldn't pull them up past her knees. Returned, repurchased and went up 2 sizes and still they are too small. Unfortunately will need to return again. They feel like great quality though! Just a sizing issue.
