Velvety soft
This outfit is really cute. I love the phrase. The skirt is very soft almost like a velvety soft, it looks exactly like a piece of paper. I was afraid to get the white skirt, but we went for it.

Adorable!!
I have never been let down by the outfits here. This one was picked out by my 6 year old and I was worried it would be tacky or not her style when she put it on. I was so wrong! She loves the entire thing! Everything is so well made and soft (especially the skirt)!
