Love the top not the skirt
The shirt is cute and really the best part of the outfit. The skirt isn't the best material, the folds aren't defined, and the length is shorter in the back. On a separate note I didn't receive the belt. I at least got this on sale so I'm not upset and will just use the top.

My granddaughter loved the outfit. It was a perfect fit. I ordered a size 6-7.
The only suggestion I have is that it would’ve been better as a skort. She had shorts to wear underneath, so it worked out OK
