Customers say these mystery bags are exciting surprises that offer great value for the price. They appreciate receiving multiple cute items like dresses, shirts, pants, accessories, and bows. Many note the clothing fits well and features soft, comfortable fabrics. The surprise element creates anticipation and excitement for both children and adults. Some mention receiving items they wouldn't normally choose but end up loving. Common feedback includes concerns about sizing inconsistencies and occasional duplicates when ordering multiple bags. I was bummed when I got my 3 items as they were all shirts that said "Mini". They are cute but maybe in future mix items up more

Loved everything I got, one item was missing and I contacted them and they immediately took care of the issue by sending out the missing item. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I loved the items, which included colorful ruffled dresses and a furry vest! More for fun than for practical daily wear. I bought an adult size, which made it easier: I had seen the types of adult clothes they usually have and was expecting something similar.
