Please note we do not process or ship orders Saturdays and Sundays. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Sparkle In Pink ships daily, we make it our goal to get you your merchandise out as soon as possible.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Card

If you use a Credit Card for your purchase from Sparkle In Pink your item will ship in the order it was received and without any payment processing delay. All credit card transactions are final and can only be reversed once Sparkle In Pink has issued a return reference number (RRN) in accordance with the Sparkle In Pink Return Policy.

PayPal

You do not need a PayPal account to check out with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while your checking out.

E-Check

We do not ship an order until the e check clears. E checks can take anywhere from a few days to weeks to clear. Sparkle In Pink does not hold your items until the e check clears so if you order and your transaction does not clear before we are out of stock on the item you purchased you will be issued a refund for these items. You cannot purchase a rush order via e-check.

ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number from paypal. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking.

CONDITION OF USE

We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All Sparkle In Pink products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Sparlke In Pink accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound) and mostly Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. Priority mail takes between 2-3 business days for delivery and USPS First Class or Parcel Post app 3-7 business days. Most orders ship out that same day or the next unless you order items that our personalized with embroidery please allow 2-3 days to ship out. Once the order has been shipped please allow 2-7 days shipping time. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. If your need your order rushed please choose the rush order and add that to your cart. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.

Incorrect Address

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.

The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages.

Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.

Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee.

If you select to have the package reshipped you will need to pay the RTS(return to sender fee) and a shipping fee.

If you select to have the order refunded that will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.

Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.

To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or is sent back for insufficient address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship international but our shopping cart is not set up to charge for international shipping. If our shipping charge does not cover the cost to ship your package we will invoice you the difference for shipping. If the difference is not paid within 48 hours we will refund your order.

All items purchased "On Clearance" are not eligible for returns and are considered Final Sales.
